On Wednesday, September 30th, the Chicago History Museum will be hosting the National Day Reception of the Republic of Korea. NEW AGE HANJI The purpose of the Hanji Project is to introduce Korea’s traditional paper and contemporary artwork to those unfamiliar with it and to encourage American and Korean American artists to learn about Hanji making and explore the benefits of using Hanji in their own works.
