An Amazing Korean cucumber kimchi recipe!
This is the first class in the series of classes we will be offering going forward. Being that this is our first class, we wanted to make something simple that doesn’t require any actual cooking. We will be making cucumber kimchi. Koreans love side dishes, especially kimchi side dishes made with different vegetables besides Nappa cabbage.
Come join us in this fun kimchi making class and taste test with a warm bowl of rice.
