1st Prize Winner of the 2015 International Paganini Competition, violinist In Mo Yang (19 years old), performs a brilliantly virtuoso and musically eclectic concert.

Lisker Music Foundation presents 19 year old South Korean violinist, In Mo Yang, on the heels of receiving 1st Prize at the career-changing 2015 International Paganini Violin Competition in Genoa, Italy.  Alongside pianist Alex Beyer, Mr. Yang will be performing a brilliantly eclectic program featuring works by Grieg, Ysaye, Ravel, Milstein, Mozart, and of course, Paganini.

“One of the new generation’s most talented young string virtuosi” (The Violin Channel), Korean violinist In Mo Yang is the First Prize Winner of the 2014 Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition.  In March 2015 he earned First Prize at the 54th International Violin Competition “Premio Paganini” in Genoa, Italy, marking the first time since 2006 that the Paganini Competition jury has awarded the First Prize.

Heralded as a “sensation” with “formidable technique” by the Hartford Courant, pianist Alex Beyer has acquired an impressive array of prestigious concert appearances nationally and internationally.
