1970, one of many Dal-dongnaes* in Seoul, when times were tough but happy, a time to reminisce about the past with music from that era… This Gala concert is a performance of Korean pop music as a newly presented musical number. We invite you to ‘Dalgona’, presented by Music and Arts Kollabo Chicago ‘Mak’ and hosted by Korean Cultural Center of Chicago.

*Dal-dongnae is a hillside neighborhood on the outskirts of Seoul. Dal (Moon) and Dongnae (village), literally translates to moon village due to its higher location on the hillside closer to the moon.
