주니어 엠버서더, 문화회관 표창장 및 ’미 대통령 봉사상’ 수여

 

KCCoC Junior Ambassadors, the youth leadership and volunteer group completed their Spring Semester activities and held a ceremony for the KCCoC and the President’s Volunteer Service Award. Among 20 active students, four have graduated, and current Junior Erica Yoo will take on the role as the president with Juniors Claire Oh and Iris Lee will take on the vice-president positions.

The U.S. President’s Service Award was awarded to 11 students, and a certificate of recognition was given to Erica Yoo, who won the Junior Ambassador Logo Creation Contest in April.

 

문화회관 청소년 리더쉽 & 봉사 그룹인 ‘주니어 엠버서더’가 봄학기 활동을 마치고, 문화회관 표창장과 미 대통령 봉사상 수여식을 문화회관 마루에서 가졌다. 김윤태 회장, 강정희 이사장, 최기화 사무총장, 이풍자 도서관장, 설재섭 이사가 참석하여 표창장을 수여하고 격려하였다. 이날 행사에서는 4명의 시니어들이 졸업을 했고, 주니어 중에서 반장 유호정과 부반장 이윤지, 오은비가 임명되었다.

 

미 대통령 봉사상은 문화회관이 해마다 시험을 통해서 자격을 부여받고 있으며, 나이에 따라 수상 내역이 달라진다. 이번에는 11명의 학생들이 수상을 했으며, 4월에 있었던 주니어 엠버서더 로고 만들기에서 당선한 유호정에게 표창장이 주어졌다. 어린이날 행사날에 맞춰 로고를 넣은 티셔츠를 제작하였다.
