June 2016 marked the 5th anniversary of the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago’s (KCCOC) opening in Wheeling! Over the past five years, we have created many wonderful memories and have built lasting relationships within the Korean-American community and the wider Chicagoland area communities. So on June 26th, we celebrated with the volunteers, donors, board members, and community leaders who have dedicated great commitment and generosity towards KCCOC. Each and every single individual that has supported us over the years have helped in ensuring the success of our establishment, and for that we are infinitely thankful. In addition to commemorating our fifth anniversary, we inaugurated the new president of KCCOC, Dr. Yoon Tae Kim.
