16th Annual Benefit Gala “an evening of Bloom (함께 피어나다)”

The Korean Cultural Center of Chicago (KCCoC), dedicated to preserving Korean culture and sharing its values and beauty with American society and future generations, will host its 16th Annual Benefit Gala on Saturday, November 14, 2026. This year’s theme, “an evening to Bloom” reflects our hope that culture, people, generations, and communities will come together, connect, and bloom.
Over the past year, KCCoC has continued to preserve and share Korean culture and traditions while expanding cultural education for children and future generations and building stronger connections with diverse communities. This Gala is an opportunity to celebrate our journey, share KCCoC’s mission and vision, and look together toward the future. Funds raised through the Gala will support the operations, program development, and continued growth of our Children’s Museum, which opened this October. Your support helps ensure that the roots and values of Korean culture continue to flourish among future generations and throughout the broader community.
Corporate and organizational sponsorship offers a meaningful opportunity to partner in KCCoC’s future while connecting with the community through the Gala and KCCoC’s various outreach channels. 한국 문화를 보존하며 그 가치와 아름다움을 미국 사회와 미래 세대에 전하는 것을 사명으로 하는 시카고한인문화원 (이하 ‘문화원’)이 2026년 11월 14일(토), 제16회 Benefit Gala를 개최합니다. 올해의 주제 “an evening to Bloom – 함께 피어나다”에는 문화와 사람, 세대와 지역사회가 서로 연결되어 함께 피어나기를 바라는 마음을 담았습니다.
지난 한 해, 문화원은 한국의 문화와 전통을 이어가는 동시에 어린이와 차세대를 위한 문화교육의 장을 넓히고, 다양한 지역사회와의 교류를 통해 더 많은 이들이 한국 문화를 함께 할 수 있도록 힘써 왔습니다. 이번 Gala는 그 여정을 돌아보고 문화원의 비전과 사명을 나누며 새로운 미래를 함께 그려보는 자리입니다. Gala를 통해 마련되는 기금은 지난 10월 개관한 어린이박물관의 운영, 프로그램 개발 및 발전을 위해 사용됩니다. 여러분의 후원은 한국 문화의 소중한 뿌리와 가치를 새로운 세대와 더 넓은 지역사회 속에서 함께 피어나게 하는 힘이 됩니다.
